Jump out of the round and embrace the wiggly, the wobbly, and the weird! Join Twig Cosby to learn techniques for creating dynamic, lively, and expressive mug forms by altering wheel-thrown cylinders. This two-day workshop will explore the process of altering forms from concept to execution, with detailed demonstrations and dedicated practice & making time.
Each student will be provided one bag of BC6 clay and bisque firing for up to 4 mugs.
Advanced-beginner to intermediate wheel experience recommended. Registrants must be able to center and throw a cylinder.
Ages: 18+ only.
